I am being prompted for an upgrade serial number. In my Service Center there are upgrades available for: Here is the inquiry I sent to NI support: I would be interested in how my fellow users have successfully solved these problems. I HAVE read the post about de-activating bundles and re-activating, but there appear to be multiple bundles so i am confused. My issues concern 1)Upgrades with no upgrade serial number and 2) Guitar rig coming up in demo mode as part of Kontakt Komplete Elements. I have a windows 8.1 machine with 16 Gig RAM. Below is an email I sent to NI support but I thought I would also ask forum members if there are any solutions. if I am posting in error, I am happy to post int he Guitar Rig area. Out of respect for the forums I only want to post in one area, so I am choosing this area. I do not know whether to post this in the Kontakt area or Guitar Rig area.
